Reminders**
- As the year comes to an end, our last book exchange will be May 30th. All books need to be returned to the library by June 6th. If you have any library books at home please make sure that all library books are returned by this time.
- As a result of a long winter, our walking field trip to Park 96 for a litter pick up was postponed. Fortunately, we have rescheduled it for the afternoon of Wednesday, May 23! Please send your child dressed for the weather and with a pair of gardening gloves to help them pick up the litter. If you are able to volunteer for the afternoon, please contact Ms. Hillje as soon as possible.
- Now that the weather is nicer outside, please send your child ready to spend some time outdoors. This could include: sunscreen, hats or sunglasses.
Words of the Week
Each week we will focus on a set of high frequency words that we are using in our poems and morning message. Feel free to practice these and look for them in your own books! This week we are focusing on reviewing magic/silent e.
