This morning we edited the wacky vowels and digraphs (th, sh,) in our message. We learned and played a repeating pattern math game where we have to guess our partner's "sneaky" element that does not belong in the pattern core. We also had some time to exchange our library books. After recess we had ketchup/must-do time, and individual or buddy choice reading. In phys ed we worked on using our upper bodies and sticks to follow through and aim the ringette ring further distances. In the afternoon we had PoWer Hour. Afterward we shared a beautiful book, "The Golden Rule," and talked about how it relates to rights and responsibilities. Did you know tomorrow is UNICEF's National Child Day, recognizing the universal rights of children?

Daily Challenge
Did you know tomorrow is UNICEF's National Child Day, recognizing the universal rights of children? We have talked about responsibilities we have at home, school, and to the world. Rights are freedoms that we have, like the right to be safe at school. What rights do you think all children should have?
